ONLINE COUPLES INTENSIVES For trauma-informed, accelerated repair

Serving Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

EMDR + Gottman-informed marriage repair for couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, betrayal, or emotional distance.

Repair trust. Rebuild safety. Reset your relationship.

Structured, trauma-informed repair for couples ready to move forward in days, not months.

For couples stuck in repeated conflict, betrayal recovery, or trauma-driven disconnection, a focused intensive may provide the clarity and momentum weekly therapy hasn’t yet achieved.

You may feel exhausted.
You may love each other but not feel safe with each other.
You may be wondering if this can actually change.

If you’re wondering whether real lasting change is still possible, this format is designed for couples who are ready to do focused, meaningful work.

What is a couples intensive

A couples intensive is a structured, extended-format therapy experience designed to create meaningful movement in a concentrated period of time.

Unlike traditional weekly sessions, intensives allow us to:

• Slow down repeated conflict patterns
• Address underlying attachment wounds
• Integrate trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR
• Rebuild emotional safety in a structured format

I offer online couples intensives in Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee using a blended EMDR + Gottman Method approach for couples who need focused, accelerated support.

Who is this for?

Who Is This For?

This format may be a strong fit if you:

✔ Are a military or high-stress couple struggling with reintegration
✔ Want structured repair rather than open-ended weekly therapy

Why integrate EMDR AND GOTTMAN?

Many couples struggle not because they lack communication tools, but because trauma and attachment wounds continue to activate defensive responses.

The Gottman Method provides structured conflict repair and relational mapping.

EMDR allows us to directly target the emotional charge beneath repeated triggers, not just manage the behavior on the surface.

As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Gottman Level 2 trained clinician, I intentionally integrate these approaches to address both the relational patterns couples see on the surface and the nervous system activation driving them underneath.

fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are couples intensives covered by insurance?
Intensives are private pay and not billed through insurance.

Are these sessions virtual?
Yes. All intensives are conducted via secure telehealth for clients in Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

How do we know if we need an intensive instead of weekly therapy?
If you feel stuck in repeated cycles, have attempted weekly therapy without meaningful movement, or want structured accelerated repair, an intensive may be appropriate.

Can we continue with weekly therapy afterward?
Yes. Some couples return to weekly sessions for integration, while others use the intensive as a standalone intervention.

How soon can we schedule?
Intensives are typically scheduled within 2-4 weeks depending on availability.

Ready to move forward?

Due to the depth and containment required, I offer a limited number of intensive openings per month. This format allows us to stay focused without rushing or fragmenting the work.

If you are ready to interrupt the cycle and move forward, schedule a brief consultation to determine fit.
